How to Book Your Arlington Appointment

You have three easy ways to schedule a primary care visit at a Catalyst Physician Group location in Arlington:

Same-Day Appointments

We reserve appointment slots each day for patients with acute or urgent needs. If you wake up with a fever, a developing infection, or a sudden change in symptoms, call us first. Same-day sick visit appointments are available at all three Arlington locations, and our goal is to see you the day you call—not tomorrow, not next week.

For patients who need to be seen but cannot come in, telehealth appointments are available with select providers. Many concerns—rashes, medication questions, cold and flu symptoms, blood pressure check-ins—can be effectively managed via video visit.

What to Bring to Your First Visit

Your insurance card (we accept most major plans)
A list of current medications, including dosages
Any recent lab results or records from previous providers, if available

If you have extensive medical history from a prior physician, ask that office to send your records before your appointment. Our care team will review them in advance when possible.
