After-Hours

Catalyst Physician Group provides after-hours care as an extension of your healthcare needs by providing care during non-traditional office hours. After-hours are in-office or via telehealth appointment.

Our providers offer after-hours on a rotating schedule. When you visit a Catalyst Physician Group clinic with after-hours, you will see one of our family of providers, a group that you already know and trust and all of your records will be available to your primary care provider.
