I am a board-certified physician in family medicine. I enjoy optimizing treatment of chronic diseases, like diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. I am passionate about preventative medicine and want to help my patients optimize their health through diet, exercise, and promoting healthy lifestyle habits through evidence-based medicine. I seek to listen to my patients and through shared decision making, help them be as healthy as they can be. I encourage my patients to stay up to date on annual preventative care screenings to catch and treat medical problems as early as possible. I want my patients to achieve optimal health through understanding and optimizing the many factors related to a person’s wellbeing.
